My Club sent me an email saying I would get an email to sign up for my account but I haven’t got it. What do I do?
Firstly, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still cannot locate the email then, secondly, please check with the Club what email address they used to register you for your TopTekkers account. Some Clubs have more than one email address on file for each parent/family so it may be that it was sent to a different email address.
Once you have clarified with the Club which email address they used for you, if you still cannot locate the welcome email, then please email us DIRECTLY from the email address that the Club used to register your account, and we can resend a link to you straight away to get you setup!
