My child cannot see their Team/Coach, how do I connect to them?

In your Parent account, please click on your name in the right hand corner to take you to "My Account". Then, please click on the "Requests" tab on the left. This will allow you to then enter the Coach email address and a link request will then show on their account. Once they login and accept the request, it will show up in the "connections" tab.

Alternatively, the Coach can do the same thing from their account by going to requests and entering your email address, whichever is easiest.

You will have to wait for a request to be accepted before you will see the Coach assignments and Team Leaderboard in the Child account.
